Fibre metal laminates (FML) are hybrid materials perspective for wind-turbine, containers and marine objects, besides the aerospace industry. During manufacturing process some faults can occur be hazardous reliability of FML structures. One most critical defects kissing bonding due to their lack detectability strength compared traditional delamination defect. The quantitative explanation were under consideration, such as loads effects; material properties; prediction response; fracture analysis. purpose this work is evaluation impact type defect on part in-plane out-of-plane mechanical properties. It was presented that even responsive NDT methods not able detects in components. Simultaneously, properties significant. In case FMLs with orientation fibre perpendicular peel direction there one failure pattern which interlayer fracture. Whereas fibres longitudinal two patterns translaminar crack. Depending area width composite observed until then transmission crack metal/composite interface through fibres. low extension poor adhesion area, parallel interlaminar cracking seen, at second continuous layer.
